Materials
Sustainable materials, chosen upfront
We select materials before we design a product, not after. That means solid, FSC-sourced wood instead of veneered composite; undyed or low-impact-dyed natural fibers instead of synthetic blends wherever performance allows; and stoneware and glass that can be repaired or recycled rather than replaced.
Where we do use recycled synthetics — like the bouclé on the Marlow Armchair — it's because the recycled fiber genuinely outperforms a natural alternative for durability, not as a marketing shortcut.
Craft
Made in small batches, by people who make it every day
Our rugs and wall hangings come from a small weaving cooperative that produces in runs of under 200 pieces at a time, which is why some designs are marked "limited run" — once that batch sells out, the exact colorway won't be repeated.
Our ceramics and glassware are similarly hand-finished, so slight variation in glaze pooling or bubble placement is expected and, we think, part of what makes a handmade piece worth having.

Straightforward terms
Returns
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Made-to-order and limited-run textiles are final sale unless damaged in transit.
Shipping
Orders over $150 ship free. Furniture pieces (sofas, tables, headboards) ship via white-glove delivery and are scheduled directly with our carrier.
Warranty
Upholstered frames carry a 3-year structural warranty. Ceramics, glass and textiles are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days.
